Notice of Non-Hosting & Technical Proxy Architecture

QuickSaveX does NOT host, upload, re-transmit, or store any media content, videos, or audio files on its web servers.

Our platform operates purely as a technical client proxy that parses user-submitted public URLs and provides direct links to the public CDN servers where the media originally resides (e.g., Twitter/X video CDN nodes). QuickSaveX does not maintain a media database or index copyrighted files.

1Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent representing a copyright holder, and you believe that a specific public URL or link processed through QuickSaveX infringes your copyrighted work, you may submit a formal notification to our Designated Copyright Agent at contact@quicksavex.com.

Your DMCA Notice must include ALL of the following details pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

1. Copyright Holder Identification

Full legal name of the copyright owner or authorized representative, company name, address, telephone number, and email address.

2. Description of Copyrighted Work

Clear description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).

3. Specific Infringing URLs

The exact URL(s) or post links on X (Twitter) or Threads that contain the material you request to block.

4. Good Faith Statement

A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. Statement Under Penalty of Perjury

A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

6. Electronic Signature

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf.

2Processing Protocol & URL Blacklisting

Upon receipt of a valid, complete DMCA Notice:

Response Timeframe: Our copyright compliance team will review and process complete notices within 24 to 48 business hours.
URL Blacklisting: While we cannot remove media hosted on third-party CDNs (such as Twitter or Threads servers), we will immediately block the specific URL or tweet ID from being processed or converted by the QuickSaveX tool.

3Counter-Notification Procedures

If a user believes that a URL was blocked or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, a written counter-notice may be sent to contact@quicksavex.com pursuant to DMCA sections 512(g)(2) and (3).
