1Information We Do NOT Collect

Unlike traditional SaaS apps, QuickSaveX operates on a utility model designed for immediate, privacy-preserving media downloads:

  • No Personal Identifiers: We do not ask for or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or passwords.
  • No File Archives: We do not build databases or logs linking specific users to downloaded video URLs or audio files.
  • No Social Credentials: QuickSaveX never requests access to your social media accounts or OAuth login permissions.

2Technical Infrastructure Logs

To ensure platform security, mitigate distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, and enforce rate limits against automated abuse, our Cloud Run and web edge network automatically record temporary standard technical server headers.

Recorded data: Anonymized IP address, user-agent string, browser type, referrer URL, and timestamp.
Retention period: Log entries are automatically purged on a rolling basis within 7 to 30 days.
Purpose: Strictly network stability, DDoS mitigation, and system debugging.

3Cookies & Browser LocalStorage

QuickSaveX uses minimal browser storage mechanisms solely to enhance your user experience:

User Preferences (LocalStorage): We store lightweight key-value settings locally on your browser device (e.g. your selected interface language preference like English, Spanish, French). This data never leaves your device.
No Selling of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade any user traffic information to third-party data brokers or marketing firms.

4Third-Party Platform Links

When you paste a media link into QuickSaveX, our server fetches public stream metadata directly from origin Content Delivery Networks (e.g. Twitter/X servers). External social networks operate under their own independent privacy policies, and QuickSaveX is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms.
